great spot for city walks and nearby parks

My stay at this hotel was delightful, as it was surprisingly nice and the location is perfect for exploring Polk County Memorial Museum and Pedigo Park, both less than 3 km away, making my weekend strolls easy and enjoyable. aside from that, it offers useful amenities like fast wifi and a comfortable atmosphere that made my visit really pleasant, though I think the breakfast options could be improved a bit to enhance the experience.

We stayed for 1 night in a room with 2 queen beds. The staff was super friendly and even let us check out late, which was a lifesaver! Breakfast was pretty solid too, lots of choices and hot food. One thing though, the side doors were exit only, which made lugging our stuff a bit rough. But overall, a nice stay!
